What’s the one piece of technology that MOST helps you get through
your normal workday?

“Microsoft Outlook is the primary application I am in throughout the day.
Organizing appointments and the related correspondence is an important part
of how I stay on top of the ongoing projects and communications.”

What will be the biggest change over the next five years in the ways
tax and accounting firms operate?

“I believe the industry is really looking for a deeply integrated suite
of applications that will tie in all the processes a firm requires to operate
all facets of their business. This system must include resource and content
management capabilities. These integrated applications will assist firms in
developing the type of environment that young, dynamic professionals will want
to work in. They must also allow increased flexibility in accessing information
anywhere, anytime. As noted in the CCH Young Accounting Professionals Survey,
the up-and-coming workforce expects an environment that supports work-life balance
and uses technology as an accelerator in their growth and productivity.”

What Rhett’s peers had to say about him:
Rhett has built a dynamic team of consultants on the most critical, cutting-edge
applications on the market today. He looks forward every day to developing and
constantly improving CCH service offerings for applications such as Engagement,
Document, Scan, Knowledge Tools, and Profit Driver. CCH measures its success
on our clients’ success, and Rhett highly values being in at the beginning
of the implementations and seeing our customers evolve into the paperless, efficient
offices they hoped would be as rewarding.
